An asset to any business! He is great to work with and would be a valuable asset to any team! His talent for turning complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs consistently raised the quality of our products. Based in the Enabler Squad, we worked closely with the Product development team members and senior business stakeholders to define business requirements and create global design elements for the new website, app, and e-commerce platforms. Working with Nirmal was genuinely impressive. He brought a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on craft, he was able to zoom out to the big picture in stakeholder conversations, then dive straight into high-quality, considered design work. Nothing felt rushed or generic; every decision had clear intent behind it. What stood out most was how he kept the project moving.
